10 Tips to Lose Weight Fast

Sommer ist fast approaching and you are asing yourself, how can I lose weight fast? You are not alone in this dilemma.
But you should stop worrying about how to lose weight as quickly as possible because I've got some tips for you, which when adhered to will be very helpful to you in few weeks.

1. Eat a lot vegetables:
Vegetables and fruits are very helpful in weight lost. Make sure you include salad in your diet. Vegetable and fruits are very healthy. They are good suorces of minerals and vitamins. Eating any kind of salad before a  calorie-rich meal helps you to eat smaller portions of the dish in question.  
2. Avoid sweet foods:
Sweet foods are rich in calorie. Regular consumption of sweets and chocolates will in no time lead to overweight. If you must eat chocolate let it  be three to four of them every week. Besides weight-gain sweets and chocolates can cause other dieseases like diabetes. So let it not be a habit.
3. Eat smaller portions:
 Eat smaller portions a time by serving your dishes smaller plates. According to research findings published on April 2005 in the Journal of the American Medical Association, people tend to eat more when they eat from lager plate. When you eat smaller portions you are taking in less calorie.

4.Don’t miss out on meals:
Don’t skip meals. Make sure you eat three to four times daily. Let the meals be in well balanced portions. You must also eat whenever you are hungry. If you are not hungry, don’t eat. Don’t over-eat or starve.
5. Eat fresh fruits instead of drinking fruit juices:
Edible fruits lose most of their nutrients in the juicing processes because the fruit skins which contain most of the nutrients are removed then. While most of the commercial fruit juices are highly diluted and sweetened, fresh fruits contain natural sugars and fibers. It is advisable to eat fresh fruits and if possible make your own fruit juices.     

6. Avoid alcoholic beverages and sweetened drinks:
 If you really want to lose weight you must abstain from beer. Beer has a high caloric values and will only help you to be overweight and beer bellied sooner than you thought. Sweetened drinks and colas are not good for you. They contain a lot of sugar and additives that are high in calorie. A good alternative to sugary drinks pure 100%  juice like apple juice, fruit punch etc because of their natural sugar content.

7. Choose fresh vegetables over canned or cooked ones:
There is no doubt that  fresh fruits are better than processed and canned ones. Processed and canned fruits are unhealthy due to their poor nutrient and fake sugar contents. Vegetables should be eaten raw. They lose half of their vitamins when cooked.

8. Eat a lot fiber:
You need to eat a lot fiber for more healthy you. Vegetables and fruits are good source fiber. So eat more of them.

9. Drink a lot of water:
What is life. Drink a lot of it. The good thing about water is that it  contains no calorie. Water helps to rid your body system of  toxins. When you have enough water in the body helps control your hunger. Drink water before in-between and after meals. It will help you to eat smaller  portions. Drinking water helps digestion and helps you feel up faster.

10. Jog, Walk, Run or Bike:
Do some exercises. It is helpful. Walking helps you get rid of bad cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL). It keeps your blood pressure in check. Choose any exercise you are comfortable with.  Do it two to three times a week. And increase the length of time as time goes on.  And follow it judiciously. Good luck.
